Because The Luxe Moment Co. provides on-site setup and delivery, a travel fee may apply depending on the event location.

  • Broward & Miami-Dade: Travel fees are calculated based on the event location and distance from our service area.

  • Local events: May have little to no additional travel fee.

  • Extended-distance locations: A $50–$150 (varies) travel fee may apply.

  • The fee covers travel time, fuel, transportation, and delivery of décor/equipment.

  • The exact fee will be confirmed before your booking is finalized.

  • Travel fees are separate from the event package and setup fee.
